Held at the Beautiful Beau Rivage Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi, MASI's 14th Annual Fall Conference began on Wednesday, September 28, with a Fall Golf Tournament at The Preserve Golf Club, one of the Gulf Coast's finest golf courses. That evening, a reception in the exhibit hall allowed attendees a chance to mingle with Mississippi's Self-Insured community! Thursday and Friday featured numerous educational and networking opportunities, in both Self-Insured Workers' Comp and Self-Insured Health. There was a draw-down party for $1500 in cash along with numerous prizes...and the conference concluded at 12 noon on Friday, just in time for the weekend!

Featured Guests at this year's conference were Professional Speaker/Trainer Janie Walters, and Tim "Elvis" Johnson, who performed at Wednesday's Welcome Reception, in the Exhibit Hall!

Conference Registrants - We offered up to 9 hours of CEU'S

MASI has always been known for outstanding education! And the bar has been raised - We received "All Superiors" for our topics at the 2011 Winter Seminar, and the response was equally good for our First-Ever Health Symposium in May. Both events offered 6 hours of CEU's. But at the Fall Conference, we offered up to 9 Hours of CEU's - with a range of topics for both Self-Insured Workers' Comp and Self-Insured Health.

Exhibitors - We Broke the Record!

It wouldn't be a MASI Conference  without our Exhibitors! And our numbers sold out - again! We actually sold out last Fall too, and again at our Winter Seminar. Exibitor Registrations included two complimentary registrations, sign, 6' draped table, two chairs, and tickets to all conference activities at the Beau Rivage! Numerous activities were held in the Exhibit Area to maximize opportunities for making contact with conference attendees.

MASI golf tournaments are a lot of fun! Especially on the beautiful greens at The Preserve Golf Club in Van Cleave, MS! The day began with a delicious Hamburger Buffet Lunch at 11:00, with a "Shot-Gun" start at 12 noon. Cash prizes and trophies were awarded to the top players, and plenty of golf prizes were given away! The beverage cart, as always, kept everyone refreshed for plenty of good play and fellowship.

Non golfers enjoyed an afternoon of artist creativity and a little wine with Gulf Coast Artist Barbara Beaudry Brodtmann.  At the end of class they took home their original paintings!
